Part-Time QuickBooks & Payroll Bookkeeper Established Business Seeking Experienced Bookkeeper We are seeking an experienced, dependable, and highly organized QuickBooks and Payroll Bookkeeper to join our team on a part-time basis. Schedule
- 3 days per week
- Monday through Wednesday Company Profile
- Established business with over 40 years of successful operations
- Annual revenue of approximately $1,000,000+
- Staff of 6-8 employees Responsibilities
- Manage all bookkeeping functions using QuickBooks
- Generate financial reports as needed
- Maintain accurate financial records
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with all payroll requirements
- Prepare and manage W-2s and related payroll documentation
- Assist with general accounting and administrative financial tasks
- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with applicable regulations Qualifications
- Extensive experience with QuickBooks
- Strong payroll administration experience
- Knowledge of payroll compliance, W-2 preparation, and reporting requirements
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Self-sufficient and detail-oriented
- Dependable with strong references
- Ethical, trustworthy, and professional
