What You'll DoYou will play an important role in supporting day-to-day accounts payable operations and helping ensure vendor transactions are handled accurately and on time.
Accounts Payable ResponsibilitiesReview, verify, and process vendor invoices and expense reportsMatch purchase orders, invoices, and receipts to ensure accuracyRoute matched invoices for approvalPrepare and process payments by check, ACH, and other approved methodsMaintain vendor records and respond to payment inquiries or discrepanciesReconcile accounts payable transactions and assist with month-end closing activitiesProcess and enter vendor invoicesEnter payables into the ERP/manufacturing systemAdditional ResponsibilitiesAnswer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate personManage and maintain online customer and vendor accountsAssist with special projects and other assigned duties as neededWhy Join this
