$65,000 to $75,000 annually, based on experience.Position Overview:
The Bookkeeper will play a critical role in ensuring financial accuracy and visibility across multiple projects, supporting both accounting integrity and business performance.Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage QuickBooks accounting system
- Perform job costing and track project-level financials
- Handle project billing, invoicing, and collections
- Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy of financial data
- Prepare timely financial reports for executive review
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes
- Ensure compliance with internal financial controls
Qualifications:
