Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Temp Accounts Payable Clerk, where your expertise will drive efficient financial operations within a vibrant educational environment. In this role, you will be responsible for processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures. Your attention to detail and strong understanding of accounting systems will support the organization's commitment to accuracy and transparency. This temporary position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a reputable institution while sharpening your skills in a fast-paced setting. Duties Process, verify and reconcile vendor invoices for all departments within dining services. Collects all invoices from various sources, scans and submits for payment, ensuring correct account codes are utilized. Submit PO quotes and invoices. Collaborate with internal departments with setup and compliance of new vendors. Reconcile vendor statements, investigate and resolve any discrepancies. Collect all department credit card inspection logs to comply with PCI policies. Collect receipts and complete paperwork for submission of monthly pcard statements. Assists with group reservations and tracking of payments.
