Accounts Payable Specialist

• Conduct regular check runs to facilitate vendor payments and resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address invoice-related issues and ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation for auditing purposes.
• Assist in reconciling accounts payable ledgers to ensure all payments are accounted for.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all accounts payable activities.
• Provide support in month-end and year-end closing processes related to accounts payable.
• Communicate effectively with vendors to address payment queries and resolve concerns.
