Responsibilities Manage the entire accounts receivable process, including invoicing, payment processing, and account reconciliation Monitor outstanding balances and follow up with clients through phone calls, emails, or other communication channels to ensure timely payments Perform detailed account analysis to identify discrepancies or overdue accounts and resolve issues efficiently Maintain accurate records using QuickBooks Prepare reports on aging receivables, collection activities, and cash flow projections for management review Skills Strong understanding of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and technical accounting concepts Proficiency in accounting software, including QuickBooks Excellent analysis skills for account reconciliation and account analysis tasks Effective negotiation skills for collections and dispute resolution Familiarity with financial concepts such as debits & credits, journal entries, revenue recognition, and account analysis Strong phone etiquette combined with customer service skills to handle client inquiries professionally Ability to interpret complex financial data while maintaining attention to detail in high-volume environments Join us in a role that combines technical expertise with proactive problem-solving!
