Duties:
Process Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Process Payroll for 30 employees using ADP Organize, maintain and closeout invoices from vendors Manage and maintain multiple projects and accounts simultaneously by organizing, sorting, and authenticating documents (Liens, COI's) in a timely manner Manage schedules, organize office functions and oversee daily operations for multiple employees and contractors Order supplies and other clerical duties
Requirements:
