  • Responsibilities:
  • + Process accounts payable invoices and ensure timely payments + Generate and distribute customer invoices + Post payments and reconcile accounts receivable transactions + Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on past-due accounts + Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies + Maintain accurate financial records and documentation + Assist with month-end closing activities and reporting + Communicate with vendors, customers, and internal departments regarding account inquiries + Support accounting and administrative functions as needed •
Qualifications:
  • + Previous experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, or general accounting + Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel + Experience with accounting software or ERP systems preferred + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills + Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities + Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Pay Details:
  • $24.
