Accounts Payable Specialist

Job DescriptionJob Description Accounts Payable - Kennesaw A successful company in Kennesaw has a need for an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist. The successful candidate will manage the full cycle of AP processes, including coding, managing payments, reconciliations, and some research.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the entire full cycle AP process, from invoice processing/verification to payment processing and reconcilations Reconcile and manage purchase card transactions, ensuring compliance with company policy Accurately code vendor invoices, expense reports, and purchase cards Ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors through checks and ACH transfers Maintain vendor relationships

Requirements:
