Our Family Office team is seeking a Bookkeeper to support daily accounting operations at our Kennesaw headquarters. This role requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail—and offers long-term growth in a supportive, modern workplace. This position will begin in-office to support hands-on training and collaboration, with the option to transition to a hybrid/remote schedule after 90 days , based on performance and business needs. What You'll Do In this role, you'll be a key contributor to the smooth operation of Family Office accounting functions, including: Confirming wire instructions and following up on pending wires Depositing checks and processing payments on a daily basis Preparing monthly bank and credit card reconciliations Pulling monthly auto-pay invoices and recording them in accounting software Recording daily deposits and payments with precision Scanning accounts payable and other important financial documents Coordinating FedEx overnight payments Setting up and canceling utilities for rental properties Assisting with special projects as needed

Requirements:
