Full Time / Part Time Accounting & Admin.

We are seeking an entry-level accountant to join our accounting team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day accounting tasks, such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, Quickbooks data entry, bank reconciliations, financial reporting, purchasing, job advertising and other daily tasks. Key Responsibilities:

Process accounts payable invoices and ensure timely and accurate payment Create and send customer invoices and follow up on outstanding payments Perform daily deposit reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records Assist with monthly financial reporting and analysis Collaborate with other team members on special projects as needed

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field Strong attention to detail and accuracy Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior accounting internship or related work experience Knowledge of accounting software such as QuickBooks
