About the AP Administrator Role The AP Administrator will support full‑cycle accounts payable processes while collaborating closely with the AP team and cross‑functional departments. The AP Administrator will play a key role in optimizing workflow efficiency, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining compliance with internal and external standards. Responsibilities of the AP Administrator The AP Administrator will: Participate in routine activities related to P2P (Procure‑to‑Pay) functions. Perform invoice processing tasks including document accuracy review, GL coding, approval routing, and 2‑ or 3‑way matching of high‑volume vendor invoices. Research and resolve invoice discrepancies in partnership with procurement or operational teams. Reconcile vendor account balances with monthly statements and follow up as needed. Assist with various accounting functions, audits, and special projects. Minimum Qualifications for the AP Administrator The AP Administrator should have: At least 3 years of high‑volume accounts payable experience; a degree is preferred but not required. Proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables.
