Job Description:

Responsible for overseeing and managing the efficient and accurate processing of all transactions within the organization. Ensure all payments are processed accurately, on time, and in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

Post all payables for Volvo and Mazda. Be sure all expenses are in for the month. Issue all on-demand checks for power, light, and water. Reimbursements as needed. Handle sublet schedule T&Z 730 Reconciles the spend tracker before close. Scan all payables in a timely fashion.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Have experience using (COD, INET, & MyKaarma), clean and research status of payments on anything over 30days old Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal and external Proven experience in accounts payable management, with a minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant experience
