Dynamic $3 million in revenue hospitality services industry

Full-Charge Bookkeeper who can be client facing

This is a newly created position to support the company's growth. Looking for the right personality who can contribute to the overall success of the business in accounting while supporting the sales and marketing effort.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Financial Statements Reconcile monthly bank statements Record necessary journal entries and prepare financial statements and supporting schedules Transactional accounting: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Billing, and Collections, Payroll, Benefits Reconcile quarterly tax reports to the general ledger accounts payable Responsible for coding, entering and paying corporate bills Employee hiring and termination administration Provide sales support
QUALIFICATIONS
