Job Description

Vaco has partnered with a growing organization to identify an Accounts Payable Specialist who will support high-volume accounts payable operations across multiple locations and legal entities. This individual will be responsible for processing invoices, managing ACH and electronic payments, and ensuring the accurate and timely execution of accounts payable functions while supporting a fast-paced and evolving accounting team. Responsibilities Process ACH payments and online banking transactions Manage accounts payable activities across multiple locations and legal entities Review, verify, and process a high volume of vendor invoices Ensure invoices are coded and approved accurately prior to payment Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and vendor inquiries Maintain accurate vendor records and payment documentation Support month-end accounts payable activities Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely invoice processing and payment execution Assist with process improvements and system-related initiatives within the accounts payable function Qualifications 4+ years of Accounts Payable experience required Bilingual Spanish and English required Experience processing ACH payments and online banking transactions Experience working in a high-volume accounts payable environment Experience processing 600-700+ invoices weekly Experience working in a manual invoice processing environment Strong attention to detail and ability to review invoices critically Experience supporting multiple locations and legal entities preferred Experience with QuickBooks preferred Experience with Microsoft Business Central preferred Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law in geographies that require salary range disclosure, Vaco/Highspring notes the salary range for the role is noted in this job posting. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company's 401(k) retirement plan.
