$27/hour
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Axiom Staffing is seeking a reliable Accounts Receivable Specialist to join a well-established manufacturing company in Suwanee, GA. This is a great opportunity to contribute to a successful team in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain accounts receivable records Monitor customer accounts for delayed payments and follow up appropriately Process incoming payments and reconcile transactions Generate and distribute customer invoices and statements Collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing issues Assist with month-end closing and reporting tasks
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in accounts receivable or general accounting Strong organizational skills Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, etc.) Excellent communication and customer service skills If you think you qualify, please apply at the link provided
