Back To Results Accounting Assistant - QuickBooks Job Description Accounting Assistant - QuickBooks Our client has an immediate need for an Accounting Assistant with QuickBooks Enterprise experience. Code and entered all Accounts Payable invoices and prepare checks for mailing Post Accounts Receivable Process payroll for approximately 100 employees QuickBooks Enterprise experience preferred Must have good Excel and Word experience Experience with Publisher and PowerPoint a plus Strong writing ability and must be a team player
