Accounts Payable and Payroll Clerk

Accounts Payable and Payroll Clerk Pay Range:

$20-$25/hr + depending on experience

GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION

This position is responsible for maintaining our accounts payable and payroll for accurate inputs and maintaining files.

Responsibilities include:

Receives invoices via email and mail, in puts into accounting system for review/approval of cost codes Reconciles statements and credit card accounts Prepares checks with supporting invoices for signature, mailing and filing Maintains all account payable reports, spreadsheets and files, including equipment rental inventory Prepares and processes credit card purchases Is familiar with accounting principles, is able to determine the correct accounting entry Assist Project Managers, Estimators pull files & help in daily tasks Other duties as needed

Experience:

2+ years of accounting experience, proficient in word, processors, speadsheets and knowledge of computerized accounting systems, experience with Foundation Accounting software a plus Applicant Qualifications are: Supports our
