Job Description
Join One of Hawaii's Fast-Growing Independent Dealerships Aloha Auto Depot is seeking an experienced Automotive Accounting Specialist to oversee dealership accounting functions, payroll administration, accounts receivable, and human resources support. This is a key position within our organization and is ideal for a candidate with prior automotive dealership accounting experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. What You'll DoAccounting & Bookkeeping Manage daily bookkeeping and accounting activities Process and monitor Accounts Receivable Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and dealership schedules Maintain accurate financial records and documentation Assist with month-end closing procedures Prepare management reports as needed Process vendor invoices and support Accounts Payable functions Payroll Administration Process employee payroll accurately and on schedule Maintain payroll records and employee files Track PTO, attendance, and timekeeping records Coordinate payroll deductions and benefit enrollments Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll requirements QualificationsRequired ✔ Previous automotive dealership accounting experience ✔ Experience with Accounts Receivable and bookkeeping ✔ Payroll processing experience ✔ Human Resources or employee administration experience ✔ Strong reconciliation and accounting skills ✔ High level of accuracy and attention to detail ✔ Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism Preferred Experience with DealerCenter, Frazer, Dealertrack, CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or similar dealership software Knowledge of Hawaii title and registration procedures Notary Public Commission Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or related field Benefits Competitive compensation based on experience Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Employee vehicle purchase discounts Opportunities for growth and advancement Why Join Aloha Auto Depot?
