• TEKsystems is partnering with a leading financial institution in Hawaii to hire a Wire Transfer Specialist. • Key Responsibilities
• Process domestic and international wire transfers accurately and efficiently
• Perform data entry, verification, and release of transactions
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and security requirements
• Provide timely, professional support to internal and external customers
• Handle high-value transactions, including large-dollar transfers
• Meet strict deadlines and daily processing cut-offs
• Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in all activities
• Required Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in banking operations, preferably with wire transfers
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience (may be concurrent)
• Strong data entry skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work under tight deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience processing high-value wire transactions
• Strong ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
