Operational Accounting/Audit Specialist Fun Factory Inc - 1.0 Kapolei, HI Job Details Full-time $28 - $33 an hour 5 days ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Paid time off Vision insurance Qualifications Filing Corporate accounting Data management System testing Purchasing Data accuracy checks Bachelor's degree in accounting Full Job Description Overview Provide assurance that company policies and procedures relating to cash, ticket, and inventory controls are established and operating effectively, ensuring accurate and compliant financial operations for Fun Factory Inc. Duties include but not limited to: Manage Cash Control and Audit Program Plan, perform, and report on periodic in-store internal audits. Review all weekly audit work for all locations. Ensure compliance with company policy, procedures, and internal controls. Document and report audit findings to management; recommend and track corrective actions. Maintain and update audit programs, procedures, and documentation. Ensure timely and accurate reconciliation of cash deposits records. Investigate and report cash shortages and violations of control procedures. Maintain files of completed audits, checklists, and related documentation. E-token Card and Ticket Control Maintain and monitor the analysis of tokens and cards activities at the stores Monitor token/cards supply and issue tokens/cards as necessary and ensure adequate inventory on hand Inventory Control Reconcile inventory records and prepare monthly COGS reports. Conduct inventory audits and monitor merchandise security. Identify inventory control weaknesses and communicate findings to management. Investigate inventory shortages, discrepancies, and policy violations. Ensure compliance with inventory control procedures and loss prevention standards. Key/Locks/Safes Manage safe assignments, combination changes, and required documentation. Monitor and maintain key control procedures across store locations. Maintain records of key codes for vendors, cash boxes, ticket boxes, and coin mechanisms. Administer and update alarm codes for store locations. Ensure compliance with security and access control procedures. Embed & Game Management Systems Manage and transfer EMBED collection, MIT, and NMR data between host and field systems. Generate Game Management Trends and monthly Game Purchase reports. Maintain data accuracy and support reporting requirements. Assist with troubleshooting hardware, software, and system-related issues. Support gaming system operations and performance monitoring. Additional Responsibilities Participate in the evaluation, testing, and implementation of new systems and processes. Coordinate with alarm and armored car service providers to establish and maintain services. Support IT initiatives, including audit program enhancements and system upgrades. Assist with financial analysis and reporting for multiple business entities. Review user access controls and conduct audits to ensure appropriate system permissions and security compliance. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned. Merchandise International Process and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions related to merchandise purchases and vendor invoices. Ensure accurate financial recordkeeping and timely payment processing. Support invoice verification, account reconciliation, and vendor account management under the direction of the Operations Manager.
Pay:
$28.00 - $33.00 per hour
