What You'll Do In this role, you'll support the accounting and administrative functions of the office through a variety of responsibilities, including: Sorting and processing accounts payable Preparing and compiling draw request packets twice monthly Monitoring receipt of lien waivers and following up as needed Maintaining and updating vendor records Tracking certificates of insurance Processing and submitting biannual property tax payments Assembling closing gift totes for sold homes Submitting employee payroll hours to the payroll provider Maintaining organized files and assisting with general office support Providing backup support for answering and directing incoming phone calls Organizing and job costing company credit card receipts Sorting and distributing incoming mail What We're Looking For Degree in accounting, finance, or related field, or equivalent experience 2+ years of accounts payable experience Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy Experience with Sage 100 Contractor preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills and ability to work well with a team Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow Ability to climb stairs and lift or carry up to 20 pounds as needed Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
