What You'll DoIn this role, you'll support the accounting and administrative functions of the office through a variety of responsibilities, including:
Sorting and processing accounts payablePreparing and compiling draw request packets twice monthlyMonitoring receipt of lien waivers and following up as neededMaintaining and updating vendor recordsTracking certificates of insuranceProcessing and submitting biannual property tax paymentsAssembling closing gift totes for sold homesSubmitting employee payroll hours to the payroll providerMaintaining organized files and assisting with general office supportProviding backup support for answering and directing incoming phone callsOrganizing and job costing company credit card receiptsSorting and distributing incoming mail
