Job Description:
Addison Group is hiring an Accounts Receivable Team Lead on behalf of our client in Charlotte, NC. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity where you will provide day-to-day leadership and support to both onshore and offshore AR teams. The ideal candidate brings a hands-on leadership style, strong revenue cycle knowledge, and the ability to manage change within a growing organization.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management required Prior leadership experience, including overseeing or mentoring a team Strong understanding of accounts receivable workflows, reporting, and insurance follow-up processes Ability to manage performance, address issues professionally, and maintain team morale Proficiency with EMR systems, clearinghouses, and Microsoft Office tools
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support AR staff across onshore and offshore teams Oversee accounts receivable processes, reporting, and performance metrics Monitor workflows and identify opportunities for efficiency and improvement Address team questions, escalations, and personnel matters with consistency and fairness Partner with management on process transitions and operational updates Ensure AR activities align with organizational standards and timelines Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
