Accounting Specialist - AP

As an Accounting Specialist - AP at Cottingham & Butler, you will play a role in overseeing various accounting functions, including but not limited to accounts payable, daily cash receipts, and payroll duties. What You'll Do Process employee expense reports efficiently and accurately. Handle vendor invoices processing. Post payroll hours and manage Workforce Management Functions. Record ACH receipts promptly and accurately. Reconcile accounts as necessary to ensure financial accuracy. What You Bring Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance or applicable job experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Ability to work independently and problem-solve.
