Excavation / Construction We're seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Coordinator to support our growing excavation business. This key role will handle a wide range of administrative functions to keep our operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable (A/P & A/R) Reconcile and monitor company credit card transactions Coordinate employee payroll and assist with benefits administration Maintain insurance policies (GL, auto, WC) and ensure compliance Oversee vehicle records, registrations, maintenance tracking, and DOT compliance Assist with vendor setup, invoicing, and purchase order management Support permit and licensing applications and renewals General administrative support to leadership and field teams
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in a similar administrative, bookkeeping, or office management role Familiarity with QuickBooks Desktop preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Proficient in Excel, Word, and document management systems Construction industry experience is a plus
