We're looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Accounting Specialist to support our financial operations. Why You'll Love This Role As the Accounting Specialist , you'll: Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll support, and general ledger entries Record daily financial transactions using systems such as QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel Process vendor invoices, prepare payments, and maintain vendor relationships Generate customer invoices, track outstanding balances, and assist with collections Reconcile accounts, including bank and credit card statements, and support financial reporting Ensure compliance with trucking regulations, including IFTA reporting, fuel tax filings, and mileage tracking Support payroll processing and maintain organized financial documentation Assist with administrative tasks and maintain strict confidentiality of financial information What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to meet deadlines, including completing monthly reconciliations within 30 days Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks preferred) and Microsoft Excel Strong communication skills and ability to work with vendors and internal teams Reliable attendance, punctuality, and dependable performance Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism Why You'll Love Working at Knupp Farms Inc. Starting Pay Range:
$24.00 - $26.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications • Your final offer will be tailored to your unique background, including your qualifications, education, and expertise needed for success in this role.
