Job Description

We're partnering with a growing, stable organization to add an Accounting Specialist to their team. This is a well-rounded role where you'll get exposure to both Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and general accounting operations.

If you enjoy being hands-on, working cross-functionally, and contributing to process improvement, this is a great fit!

What You'll Be DoingProcess high-volume vendor invoices, including coding, approvals, and payment processing (check/ACH)Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing, cash application, and collections follow-upMatch invoices to purchase orders and receipts to ensure accuracyMaintain and update customer and vendor recordsAssist with account reconciliations and support month-end closeHelp manage billing cycles and customer accounts, including recurring or contract billingInvestigate and resolve billing discrepancies or payment issuesCollaborate with internal teams (operations, sales, leadership) to improve processes and communicationSupport additional administrative or accounting projects as neededWhy Consider This RoleStable, team-oriented environments with strong employee tenureOpportunity to work across multiple areas of accounting, not just one functionFlexible leadership styles that value autonomy and collaborationOpportunity to contribute to process improvements and operational efficiencyCompetitive compensation + potential for bonus
