RECEPTION / ACCOUNTS REP

This customer service position will assist with setting up and maintaining new and existing internet customer accounts. Position will work directly with customers both in person and over the phone. Applicant must be professional, positive, and friendly.

Job duties will include:

• Opening and closing customer accounts.
• Assisting customers with general account inquiries.
• Data entry and filing.
• Answering phones and taking messages.
• Greeting and directing customers.
• Organizing and entering data as needed by management.
• Cleaning.
• Other duties as assigned.

Applicant must be able to work independently and be able to take on the responsibility of tracking and following up on customer account changes and equipment returns. Experience in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks is preferred. Applicant must be organized, have attention to detail, and be able to follow procedures and confidentiality requirements. Full Time Monday - Friday.

Hours:
