As such, demand is high and growth is vigorous. Over the past few years, we have expanded our facilities, acquired firstclass equipment and curated a fleet of custom vehicles for onsite roll forming. Energy continues to build, with greater growth in sight. To prepare, we are building a state of the art facility on prime real estate and hiring a strategic team. About the Role As we continue to grow, we want to be sure that we have our accounting dialed in. To do that, we need the help of a skilled Bookkeeper. We are looking for someone who can confidently take on the holistic ownership of funds inbound and outbound. This position would require a high level of attention to detail in an array of tasks from processing payroll, keeping systems of record up to date, tracking and paying invoices, overseeing past due collections processes, reconciling bank records, preparing tax filing statements and more. In short, we are looking for someone who can manage all of the tactical, day-to-day tasks within Accounting. This position will interface with a wide spectrum of people from suppliers, customers, financial institutions and coworkers. Therefore, strong social skills will be of importance, but with the attitude of a team player. Additionally, you will need to be a person with a high degree of integrity, professionalism and discretion given the level of trust with which you will be given. A strong match for this role would be someone who is very detail focused, analytical, has the required accounting skills and experience, enjoys team collaboration and who is and is highly trustworthy. Responsibilities Overview Embody and demonstrate Ibex's core values Become intimately aware of Ibex's systems of record Oversee all tactical aspects of AR and AP Process Payroll Own past due collections process and execution Responsible for financial reporting Upkeep of financial statements Ensure tax compliance adherence Skillset / Qualification Overview Proven successful track record in bookkeeping / accounting (3+ yrs) Has a firm understanding of accounting principles Is an analytical thinker Very strong in Excel and or Google Sheets Strong social skills / teamplayer Experience using Accounting software Experience using ADP Run is a plus Certification in bookkeeping is a plus 2 Year degree (or better) in accounting or business is a plus Compensation Overview Per hour

Wage:
