Who will you be working with? Manages all aspects of the accounts receivable process from recommending credit limits, ensuring proper documentation is provided to the customer to collections, cash application and subledger reconciliations. Maintain internal and external relationships to keep accounts current. What do we want to know about you? Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; and six months to one-year related experience working in Credit and Accounts Receivable. What will your typical day look like? Synthesizes complex or diverse information; Collects and researches data; Uses intuition and experience to complement data; Design's workflows and procedures. Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; Gathers and analyzes information skillfully; Develops alternative solutions; Works well in group problem solving situations; Uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics. Coordinates projects; Completes projects on time and budget. Manages difficult or emotional customer situations; Responds promptly to customer needs; Solicits customer feedback to improve service; Responds to requests for service and assistance; Meets commitments. Looks for ways to improve and promote quality; Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness and demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; Looks for ways to improve and promote quality; Applies feedback to improve performance; Monitors own work to ensure quality.
