• 25 per hour We are a family-owned luxury home textile manufacturer in Chicago's Avondale neighborhood.

Our team handles everything from sourcing and design to manufacturing in-house. We are looking for a reliable and organized person to assist with accounting and general office support. This is an in-person position with a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with accounts payable and receivable
• Data entry and record keeping
• Help with invoices, paperwork, and office organization
• General administrative support Communicate with vendors and internal team members What We're Looking For
• Previous office or accounting support experience
• Comfortable working with numbers and details
• Organized and dependable
• Clear communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally
• Manufacturing or small business experience is helpful but not required.
