• Thursday 8am-2:30 pm. This is a contract to hire position paying $18.40 per hour to start. You will be processing invoices, process request for payments, do reconciliations, create monthly Illinois sales tax returns, prepare internal and external audit schedule. Apply now!
• This position requires an Associate Degree in Accounting or Business-related field.
• You must be proficient in all levels of MS Excel
• 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable
• Ability to use the company's software.
• Excellent organizational oral and written skills are required.
• Ability to analyze and direct attention to accounts payable policies and procedures.
