Job Description

Administrative duties Accounts Payable
  • perform all tasks related to billing invoices to the customer Accounts Receivable
  • Create the cash application document when payments are received and submit. Technology Requests
  • Submit and maintain technology requests Phones, laptops, email access, system access Timekeeping
  • Assist with entering time into CTS when another timekeeper is out Purchasing
  • Assist with the PO process when the buyer is out Reporting
