Your Impact:
You will oversee Accounts Payable functions while supporting project accounting activities. You'll be exposed to both transactional accounting and construction project operations. Accounts Payable (Core Focus) Post approved vendor invoices accurately and timely Reconcile vendor statements and research discrepancies Follow up internally to obtain vendor invoice approvals Process weekly vendor and subcontractor payments Import and reconcile credit card accounts Issue annual 1099 forms Project Accounting Support Prepare and process Time & Material billings for house accounts Request, track, and review subcontractor lien waivers Enter subcontractor payables against commitments Assist with project closeout documentation and reconciliation What You'll Gain with

Experience:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment Effective written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (Pivot Table experience a plus) Construction industry experience or completion of accounting course work is a plus
Pay Range:
$55,000
