About the Role Power Dental Group is transforming a legacy manufacturing business into a vertically integrated, IP-driven organization built for scale. We are looking for a hands-on operator to own and build the front office from the ground up. This role is not a "manage from day one" position. Year one is execution-heavy. You will personally handle order intake, order entry, customer communication, invoicing, and shipping coordination. Your primary responsibility is to deeply understand how the front office actually works , where it breaks, and how it can be improved—before scaling it into a team and formalized systems. If you are excited by building something from scratch, wearing multiple hats, and becoming the expert in your domain before leading others, this role is for you. If you are looking for a role that skips execution and jumps straight to management, this role is not a fit. What You'll Do (Year 1 - Core Focus) Own end-to-end order flow , including: Order intake (email, phone, inbound requests) Accurate order entry and internal coordination Customer communication and issue resolution Invoicing and documentation Shipping coordination and fulfillment follow-through Serve as the front-line owner of customer experience , ensuring clarity, responsiveness, and reliability Work cross-functionally with manufacturing, service, sales, and leadership to ensure orders move cleanly through the system Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, errors, and gaps in the front office process Provide direct, practical feedback on how systems, tools, and workflows should evolve as volume increases What You'll Build (As the Company Scales) Design and document front office workflows and best practices Help select and implement systems that support scale (order management, CRM, ERP touchpoints) Define roles, responsibilities, and handoffs within the front office Hire, train, and develop team members across: Order management Customer success Invoicing and logistics coordination Evolve from executor to leader as volume and complexity increase Who This Role Is For You enjoy getting into the weeds before stepping into leadership You take pride in mastering your domain before delegating it You are comfortable with ambiguity and building structure where none exists You think in systems, not just tasks You want to grow into a leadership role by earning it through execution You are a performance based operator.
