Part Time Accounting AP HR Clerk

Part time hours (could go full time). As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be responsible for preparing daily/weekly/monthly reports, answering incoming calls, researching account disputes and billing discrepancies. If you meet the qualifications listed below please ! Responsibilities for the Accounting Clerk positions include:

• Review, prepare and analyze accounts receivable aging reports.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports, including credit hold reports, bad debt reports, new credit application reports and accounts receivable summaries.
• Research account disputes and billing discrepancies.
• Coordinate collection activities for delinquent customer accounts in order to receive overdue payments and return accounts to current payment status by contacting customer using suitable means; evaluate when to place a customer on hold or hold a shipment for payment.
• Answer incoming calls for the accounting department and assist customer with resolving general accounting issues.

Qualifications:

+ High School Diploma or equivalent + 2-year Associates degree in Finance/Accounting Pay for this position is $18.00 per hour. Part time hours that may go full time.
