As a key player in our Accounts Payable team at Kyndryl, you'll dive into the intricate process of managing invoices from reception to payment. Your days will be filled with a variety of tasks, from meticulously preparing and recording invoices to delving into complex operational and technical analyses. Get ready to showcase your knowledge of accounting principles, local tax regulations, and corporate policies as you navigate through each transaction. As an Accounts Payable Associate, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate closely with multiple internal departments including tax, treasury, accounting, procurement, and finance. Your eye for detail and commitment to compliance will ensure that every payment aligns seamlessly with accounting, tax, and finance regulations, while establishing robust processes that adhere to all necessary controls.

Issuing withholding tax certificates derived from the tax calculation process applicable to each vendor invoice.
Preparing tax reports, primarily using Excel to support the analysis and reporting of fiscal and tax-related information.

Principles Funtions:
Calculating taxes on vendor invoices, including identifying invoices subject to withholding taxes, applying the appropriate taxable base, rate, and service type, primarily for LATAM countries.Issuing withholding tax certificates derived from the tax calculation process applicable to each vendor invoice.
Preparing tax reports, primarily using Excel to support the analysis and reporting of fiscal and tax-related information.
