Job Description

What We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire a Hotel Collections Billing Specialist within our Ale Solutions division. This position falls under our Lodging line of business and is located in St. Charles, IL. In this role, you will support the end-to-end billing and invoicing process, ensuring accuracy across systems, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining strong financial records for hotel partner accounts. You will report directly to the Billing Resolution Manager and regularly collaborate with accounting, hotel relations, and client services teams.

Formal virtual training Role Responsibilities Processing sales orders and invoices through Azure and D365, including uploading files, validating invoice generation, and distributing finalized invoices
Applying credits to appropriate accounts while maintaining accurate and up-to-date account records
Managing billing corrections by updating invoice amounts and validating balances across systems
Creating and processing credit notes for full or partial invoice adjustments with proper documentation
Researching and resolving billing discrepancies such as incorrect commission rates, missing invoices, and payment variances
Maintaining detailed records of billing activity, corrections, and account status within internal systems
Collaborating cross-functionally to resolve discrepancies and support account reconciliation
Identifying and implementing improvements to billing workflows, system efficiencies, and reporting accuracy Qualifications & Skills 2+ years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or financial operations
Experience working with ERP systems (D365 preferred) and invoicing platforms
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data processing
Ability to reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies independently
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data validation processes
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Associate s or Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred Benefits & Perks Medical, Dental & Vision benefits available the 1st month after hire

At Corpay it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. The estimate of the minimum and maximum salary range is $16.50-$17.50.
