Excellent benefits including medical, dental, vision, PTO, Holidays, Profit Sharing, and 401(k) with match Uniform Services Time Off (USTO) Uniform Services Differential Pay A culture that appreciates Team Members What you'll be doing: Process grain accounting transactions Interpret documents from customers (invoices, statements, checks, etc.) Perform accounting and clerical functions to support supervisors Execute timely advances, payments and invoices in grain accounting software Identify and resolve issues that may be found in your day-to-day processing Maintain status of easily accessible reports, files and records. Provide great customer service by working directly with producers regarding settlements, payments, and account questions Assist in the purchase of farm products/commodities such as - but not limited to - wheat, corn, sorghum, and/or soybeans Work on special projects under direct supervision and other miscellaneous tasks as assigned Requirements to be successful in this position: High school diploma, GED, or related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with grain accounting is preferred. Proficiency in math Experience with Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel. Great interpersonal skills and meticulous attention to detail Here are some of the physical requirements for this role: This job is not physically strenuous.
