Job Responsibilities:

Process high‑volume vendor invoices accurately and timely Perform 2‑way and 3‑way invoice matching (PO, invoice, receipt) Review, validate, and post invoices in SAP in accordance with company policies Manage Coupa workflows including invoice approvals, exceptions, and supplier onboarding Resolve invoice discrepancies and vendor inquiries related to pricing, quantity, and payment status Monitor AP aging, follow up on blocked or pending invoices, and ensure timely payments Process manual checks, ACH, wire payments, and vendor credits as required

Requrements:

2+ years of Accounts Payable experience in a corporate or shared services environment Hands‑on experience with Coupa (invoice processing, approvals, POs, supplier modules) Strong experience with an ERP system Experience with high‑volume invoice processing Why choose Addison Finance and Accounting?
