$55,000 - $70,000 based on experience Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and hands-on Accounts Payable Supervisor to join our team in Goshen, Indiana. This role is responsible for overseeing accounts payable processes with a focus on freight invoices, import payables, and logistics-related billing. The ideal candidate will bring strong ERP and Excel skills, excellent analytical abilities, and experience working within international shipping and customs environments. Key Responsibilities Process and oversee accounts payable transactions including freight invoices, import payables, and logistics billing. Review and reconcile vendor statements while ensuring timely and accurate payment processing. Utilize ERP/accounting systems and Excel to analyze data, resolve discrepancies, and improve workflows. Ensure compliance with international shipping terms, customs documentation, duties, and tariffs. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of Accounts Payable experience required. Hands-on experience with freight invoices, import payables, or logistics-related billing. Proficiency with accounting systems/ERP platforms and Microsoft Excel. Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. #
