Accounting Assistant

Job DescriptionJob Description Key Responsibilities Accounts Payable Process vendor invoices and ensure accurate coding and approvals Prepare and execute weekly payment runs (ACH, wire, and check) Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies Maintain accurate AP records and documentation Accounts Receivable Generate and distribute customer invoices Apply cash receipts and reconcile customer accounts Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances Assist with customer account inquiries and issue resolution Accounting & Treasury Support Maintain accurate financial data within ERP systems Prepare and update Excel reports and reconciliations Assist with month-end close activities and reporting Support audits and financial documentation requests Perform general administrative and accounting support tasks as needed Required Qualifications Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Experience working in an ERP system Strong attention to detail and data accuracy Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Strong organizational and communication skills Company DescriptionWith over 30 years of industry experience and a footprint spanning 10 United States locations, Creative Liquid Coatings is a powerhouse in integrated manufacturing.
