Accounts Receivable Specialist About the
Company and Opportunity:
CFS is working with a legacy company to identify an Accounts Receivable Specialist! The Accounts Receivable Specialist will work alongside three other staff members in the accounting department. They offer a competitive benefits package! Responsibilities of the Accounts Receivable role: Process and enter payments, apply cash payments Friendly follow-up calls to customers to follow up on accounts. Respond to customer account inquiries, reconcile discrepancies Assist with the month-end process – reconciliations, journal entries. Preferred Qualifications for the Accounts Receivable role: Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equal work experience Prior experience in Accounts Receivable will be highly valued Advanced Excel skills – including filters Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong attention to detail and organization
Salary:
