Job Description
Overview We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. This position is responsible for processing invoices, reconciling vendor accounts, and assisting with daily accounting functions. Responsibilities Enter and process vendor invoices Match invoices with purchase orders and receipts Prepare payments and maintain AP records Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies Assist with month-end accounting tasks Communicate with vendors and internal staff professionally Requirements Previous AP, bookkeeping, or accounting experience preferred, but not required Strong data entry and organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software Ability to multitask and meet deadlines High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team
