The Opportunity Accounting support for the AGI US manufacturing facilities. Accounts payable and accounts receivable invoicing processing support. Work closely with procurement and accounting teams for accurate cost coding and policy compliance.
Responsibilities:
Accounts payable processing - receiving/validating/vouchering (3 way match) invoices, coding of non-po invoices, payment proposals Monitor Goods Received Not Invoiced report regularly and follow-up as needed. Reconcile vendor statements Assist with month-end closing activities such as reconciliations and accruals. Monitor accounts payable subledger and aging. Preparing, reviewing, and analyzing aging reports to identify trends and recommend solutions Develop measures to enhance accuracy of coding and approvals Backup for customer invoicing duties for US Farm region Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Assist with internal and external audit support requests
Qualifications:
Associate's Degree in Business Administration or similar, or comparable work experience 3 years of experience in similar field Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office software: Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, Sharepoint Adobe Pro SAP or Microsoft Dynamics AX experience a plus Why AGI?
