national leader in commercial painting services, is expanding our team in Kansas City! We're seeking a high-performing Accounting Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to take their career to the next level.
RESPONSILBILITIES
Process high volume of invoices daily Process weekly payroll Using QuickBooks for painting partner pay Tracking Gross Margin for all jobs Work with the Commercial and Residential teams to track paint orders Review receipts for discrepancies Process and pay vendor invoices
SKILLS:
QuickBooks proficiency - a minimum of 2 years' experience Microsoft Suite with emphasis on Excel A self-starter Ability to multi task Switch gears and remain calm Results-oriented and motivated by clear goals Comfortable working independently while collaborating with internal teams For immediate consideration: please email your resume to janine.bedora@spencerreedgroup.com SRG/EOE Direct Hire Apply
