Accounting Clerk/Receivable 3100 Anderson Avenue, Manhattan, KS 66503 Full-time Full-time About the Role This staff member would be responsible for the daily deposit, following and making calls for the various receivables accounts the company. The position would be to maintain the company vehicle inventory by working with the department team to ensure we process new inventory daily. The member would be responsible for scanning their daily transactions into our documents system. Looking for an individual that is a self-starter, dependable, has attention to detail. We are a dealership with a focus on growth. Key Responsibilities Daily deposits and posting into mainframe Collaborate with inventory manager to ensure inventory input process. Monitor and report on receivable accounts. Maintain document scanning. Support of fellow team when needed. Other duties as required.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

Proficiency in excel. Strong communication & organizational skills.

Preferred:
