Job Description:
Hampel Oil Distributors, Inc. is a family-owned and operated wholesale marketer and distributor of finished petroleum products that was started in 1976 by Al Hampel. Now with 21 locations in 7 states Hampel Oil continues to grow with the times. Hampel Oil is seeking Accounts Receivable Specialist for our accounting department.
Here are the details:
Starting pay: $21
  • $26 per hour. Work a typical schedule of 8:00 AM
  • 5:00 PM Monday
  • Friday Generous Benefits including Health, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance 401K with
Company Match Paid Time Off & Paid Holidays Job Requirements:
Major Responsibilities:
Account Receivable activity and customer account posting of payments received via various sources. Record transactions for managerial analysis and reporting. Organize and maintain customer correspondence and banking records for data integrity.
Education/Certification:
A two-year college degree or job specific skills acquired through on-the-job training.
Experience:
One year to three years of similar or related administrative experience. Experience in accounting, finance, or business setting.
