Full Charge Bookkeeper

We are looking for an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team in Wichita, Kansas. This is a Contract to permanent position offering the opportunity to contribute to a variety of essential financial operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and payroll processes.

Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable processes, including routing invoices, verifying statements, and entering data accurately.
• Handle accounts receivable tasks such as cash application and deposit management.
• Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy between accounts payable and the general ledger.
• Oversee payroll processes, including timekeeping and commission calculations, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
• Maintain and update spreadsheets to track commission-based earnings for technical staff.
• Ensure compliance with financial procedures and reporting standards.
• Collaborate with team members to address discrepancies and resolve issues efficiently.
• Generate financial reports and summaries to support decision-making processes.
• Monitor cash flow and assist with forecasting financial needs.
• Support audit and review processes by maintaining organized and accessible records.
